This afternoon. I... tripped at the top of the stairs and knocked the mirror over, and it was there.

I agree. Somehow this writer has managed to get around whatever limits on information they were trying to send earlier.

... By the way, this handwriting? It was on the same note that Gin had. The one where it said "I have what you want".
